    He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Sarajevo on 15th January 1980.
    His internship took place at the Municipal Court in Tomislavgrad from 1980 to 1981.
    The bar exam he passed in Sarajevo on 24th June 1981.
    In the period from 1981 to 1982, he worked in the operational and professional services of the Assembly and the Executive Board of the Tomislavgrad Municipality.
    From 1982 to 1986, he performed duty of the secretary in the firm OOUR “Transport” Tomislavgrad.
    From 1986 to 1993, he was appointed judge, and then the president of the Municipal Misdemeanour Court in Tomislavgrad.
    From 1999 to 13th July 2003, he was appointed judge of the Municipal Court in Tomislavgrad, and by the Decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 14th July 2003 he was appointed president of the Cantonal Court in Livno.
    He was reappointed as the President of the Cantonal Court in Livno on 15th October 2009, 15th October 2015 and 11th November 2021.

    As the president of the Cantonal Court in Livno he worked as an appeal judge in the second-instance criminal division, as well as in the second-instance misdemeanour division.

    At the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council held on 9th November 2023, a Decision on termination of the mandate on 29th December 2023 was rendered, due to his retirement.
